Sahir Hoshiarpuri is the 'taKhallus' of Ram Prakash who was born on 5th March, 1913 at Hoshiarpur, India. A protege of Josh Malsiyani, his poems have been published in various collections - Jal-Tarang, Sehr-e-Nagma, Sehr-e-Ghazal.
